Refund policy

Returns

Contact ecoblastcleaner@gmail.com if you need to return or exchange your item. We will instruct you via email on how and where to return your item.

Returns are subject to the discretion of our staff. There are certain circumstances where returns will be valid. The circumstances are as follows:

1. The item has not been opened.

2. The seal on the item has not been broken and the item has not been damaged.

3. The customer will pay the return shipping and will reimburse us for the package sent to the customer shipping cost within a time frame of 14 days.

If all circumstances allow for the return to be processed, a full refund will be issues immediately and the customer will be sent a confirmation email concerning the return.

Returns from Shopify typically take 5-10 days and depending on your bank, could take longer.
